WORKING PROCEDURE

• DESIGN DEVELOPING ORDER
  There is no minimum quantity, no set-up fee, but price is concern to the quantity.  You just email us your designs in any kind of format (.jpg .ai .pdf …) along with actual size, material details, and order quantity.  Then we will send you back the artwork and the best price in a couple days.

• REQUEST SAMPLES AND COLOR CARDS
  Sample free of charge for maximum 2 pieces of our stock designs, but you have to provide us your courier account # (DHL, FedEx,TNT).  We will send you the samples, and color card by your courier within 1-3 days

• LEAD TIME
  Our lead time is about 3-7 days after received 100% payment in advance.  However, it depends on the quantity, it may take longer than usual time.

• PRICE
  We normally quote it based on EX-WORK price, shipping is not included.  If buyers request us to quote in C&F or CIF term, we can do so.

• PAYMENT
     - by T/T to our bank account in Thailand or USA.  If total order is under US$500.-, there will be wire fee US$20.- add on top of the total amount.
     - By Paypal, there is 3.9% fee add from the total amount. Please contact us to get the ID information.
